Our beginning

Menopause Group is a collaboration of professional women who are experts in their chosen fields of nutrition and wellbeing.  The team continually leverage the most up-to-date nutritional research, insights and evidence-based data to share food recommendations to help reduce menopausal symptoms.

The Group was created at a time when most of the founders were entering a stage of the menopause whether it be peri-menopause, menopause or post-menopause, for some it was a particularly busy stage of their life. It’s time when most women are still working, looking after children or grandchildren, elderly parents and all while trying to maintain a household, friendships and interests. Finding time to navigate through the realms of menopause solutions, books and advice wasn’t an option.

Our situation

Line 2.png

For some members of the Group, it was the first time in 20 years to have a house with no children, it was time to wind down from work, and start to spend more time with their spouse, adapting to this type of change can be equally challenging when your hormones are rapidly changing.  At a time of reflection in your life, you may ponder the prospect something different, you may find yourself at a crossroads, this was the case for some members of the Group, who found their new journey began with focusing, for the first time, on their wellbeing.

So, it's safe to say  that we're you're entering the peri-menopause you’re likely to being going through another type of transition at the same time.

All of this cam effect how you experience menopause and the long

phase that precedes it, perimenopause. Although changes in your periods are caused by fluctuations in hormones, other symptoms, such as hot flushes and sleep disturbances, likely result from a combination of factors, including life stress, pressure, anxiety and ageing.

Our collaboration

Line 2.png

It was meeting each Sunday for a coffee and sharing expertise and ideas, all centred around vitamins within certain foods, to help reduce symptoms such as hot flushes, which sparked the idea to create a concise, easy to understand digital guide to help empower more women to manage the menopause the natural way.

The nutritional guide is filling  the menopause support gap to promote healthy ageing with a simple yet powerful food and vitamin solution.  As well as managing the menopause symptoms the recommended vitamin intake has the added benefit of preventative care for a host of major conditions, associated with the menopause and post-menopause.

Founded in 2018, the team have spent the last couple of years travelling around the UK leading focus groups, and conducting research interviews.  Their network has grown across Europe and the USA, exploring additional new therapies to help women navigate their menopausal journey.
