  • 50ml water or unsweetened coconut water (hydrates and balances electrolytes)


Optional Additions:

  • A dash of cayenne pepper (boosts metabolism and circulation)

  • 1/2 teaspoon flaxseed oil (supports hormonal balance with omega-3 fatty acids)


Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small glass or shot glass.

  2. Stir well to mix, or shake in a small jar.
